Reply was that I was using older version. Samsung Galaxy S8 Note. Upgrade causes: 1. Freezes. 2. Zooms on its own which may having to do with holding the phone naturally touching the wrapped edges. When I click and drag a piece to table top, it enlarges the table top and piece too frequently. 3. Now is saving puzzles. Doesn't save finished puzzles or last puzzle. 4. Magnetic Grid is back and snaps pieces in place ruining my ability to piece the puzzle using my own brain. Previously: This is a revision to my previous review. I had upgraded to a Galaxy 8 Note and had a problem. Much to my surprise, I quickly received an email advising me how to disengage the Magnet Grid. So 5 stars for great Customer Service. And 5 stars for a great App with such a beautiful variety of puzzles and an endless way to relax.
