Surprisingly, HG Adventures is relatively violence-free. Fights are solved without blood or gore, as the game is more oriented to exploration and NPC interaction. This doesn’t mean it’s an open world game, and in fact there’s little action in it. In a word, it’s a slooow game.
Cartoonish graphics may not be of your liking, and dialogues feel guileless. Soundtrack is awesome, taken straight from the film.
Perfectly suited for the younger fans of the series, it will disappoint more mature audiences for sure. If you have enough patience and like it, it can be played endlessly because there’s much to do and look for.
