App is handy enough. Two suggestions though. 1: Can you rename the app to Laya or Healthcare or something useful. I've hundreds of apps on my phone. I use Laya once in a blue moon. So I always start with searching for Laya. I never remember to search for Member App. 2: Set up fingerprint recognition. I've a complex password. So when I want to use the app I've to open my password app on my PC and then type in the password. Can you not tie it to the OSes fingerprint recognition system. I can type the password once and then you just associate that password with my fingerprint. Other than that, the app makes making a claim a 2 minute job. Very handy.
