It keeps generating a new OTP every time I launch the app and exits the app spontaneously, never letting me use the app, keeps saying "your profile is being verified" after hours. If it's going to take a while to verify, it would be nice if the developers could just mention that in a notification sms, like "please wait, it will take 2 days to verify", I don't mind waiting as long as I know how long. That would be a civil way to deal with the volume of doctors you guys need to verify before letting them use the app, this could avoid a lot of unnecessary frustration. Apparently the app itself is good, many recommend it, so please fix this verification issue, let your customers honestly know how long it's going to take to verify.
